EMEA – Business Development Representative EMEA & APAC

Location: Remote – with travel to meetings when required

Salary: Competitive with uncapped commission, pension & flexible working

We are looking for a confident, proactive, enthusiastic and results driven self-starter to join our business development team working across EMEA and APAC.   You will be managing the end -to-end sale process from prospecting, outreach, follow up and lead conversion.

Role:

  • Conduct data driven research to create target lists and identify prospect contacts
  • Updating and maintaining accurate CRM data over contacts and companies
  • Develop outbound campaigns to reach cold leads
  • Qualify prospects via various channels as required
  • Reporting on KPI metrics

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing or business development
  • Track record of consistent over achievement of quotas and sales goals
  • Ability to communicate a value proposition in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Highly proficient in using LinkedIn, CRM & MS office databases
  • Language skills (Desirable – English plus one of Arabic, Dutch, Hindi or Swedish)
  • Be willing to embrace change, growth, and the fun of a start up environment
  • Have excellent communication skills and the drive and hunger to turn every conversation into a sales meeting
